The IC550 uses Siemens Simatic as the PLC and our own sensor and switching modules designed for freeze-drying. Our software is easy to use and allows flexible programming of the drying process; every parameter can be adjusted. Drying can be carried out in up to 10 cycles, and the statistics reported give you an overview of the efficiency of the drying process to optimize your end result.

QUALITY The IC550 is the most compact machine in its class, with dimensions of just 120 x 140 x 170 cm and a loading volume of up to 240 kg. Manufactured in Austria and available in La Rochelle,LYO ROBOTS is an authorized WAVE distributor. We supply and support customers throughout Europe. The IC550 is equipped with remote maintenance. Spare parts are always available. MODULARITY The IC550 uses a dual-chamber cold trap for infinite drying capacity and optimum energy utilization. While one tube cools and collects water, the other defrosts, using excess energy from the cooling process, and there’s no more wasted defrosting time.
